Liked:This hotel they really have no respect towards the customer .No one at reception taking the call.I asked them why you are not picking they said they cannot hear sound. staff are rude,No one to help luggage to the room and from the room while check in and check out ,No hot water for bathing.but good swimming pool and gym

Liked:Stayed at Fishermen’s Harbour Urban Resort for three nights in Dec 2025 and it was a lovely surprise. Super friendly staff, great amenities, and a vibe that makes you feel instantly relaxed. Everything was easy, comfortable, and thoughtfully done, no fuss, just a genuinely good stay. The kind of place where you come back after a long day and think, ah yes, this works. Would happily stay here again.

its ok but not perfect

Liked:swimming pool was under maintenance. The breakfast was OK not perfect, no cheese for example , we booked this place for our honeymoon, but the honeymoon room was full, so we get a deluxe room although they told us they would give us a honeymoon pack, but they didn't, other things was good. Their room service was good and they should really ask some of the guests not to talk so loud in the 7 AM
