A corporate hotel focused only on the quarterly accounts rather than their clients.

Liked:Nice room. 24 hour reception.

Disliked:In the restaurant there was very little selection and my steak was comparable in thickness and texture to an old piece of leather. First night there was no plug in wash basin, I had to get out of bed to switch off/on the bedside light, the shower tray didn’t drain. I gave this in writing to reception in the morning but it was not fixed for 2 days. No personal contact over these items. A soulless hotel with a couldn’t care less attitude.
