Liked:Spacious, sparkling clean, super comfortable modern room with balcony overlooking the estate. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the estate wines. Very attentive staff; Alan and Juan made us feel right at home. We will stay longer next time!

Liked:Las instalaciones están muy lindas, la locación y el lugar es verdaderamente espectacular. El cuarto y sus amenidades también están muy bien, el staff atiende amablemente y todo está en muy buen estado.

Disliked:La comunicación antes de llegar es demasiado confusa. Me llegaron muchísimos mensajes por Booking que decían que el check-in era a las 4pm. En sus sitios de internet y en la misma página de Booking de la propiedad dice 3pm, y cuando llegué me dijeron que era a las 3pm. También me escribieron que por mi reservación iba a tener acceso a vouchers del Café Nido y cuando pregunté me dijeron que eso ya no, que ahora tenían desayuno (no se me hizo nada justo eso). Me sorprendió que por el precio no hubiera algún tipo de room service. Hay muchas cosas que tiene el hotel y a lo que tienes acceso pero no te explican ni es evidente qué sí se puede y qué no, todo se tiene que preguntar y eso no es cómodo. El desayuno deja mucho qué desear, no había indicaciones claras de cómo funcionaba. Tuvimos que pedir platos (porque no había), no estaba claro dónde había espacio para desayunar, no había pan y al parecer si querías tortillas tenías qué pedir. Es claro que hay una oportunidad muy grande en la comunicación con los huéspedes sobre lo que tienen acceso y los servicios que se ofrecen. Tomando en cuenta lo que cuesta por lo que recibes, no diría que es una experiencia que repetiría. Una buena vista y un cuarto lindo no compensa lo demás que queda a deber desde mi punto de vista.
