We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Liked:We especially loved the complimentary coffee and tea available at any time. The reception staff were warm, friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. We also enjoyed the cosy courtyard with comfortable bean bags and the children’s play area. The breakfast was generous, with a great variety of food, and being able to use the water park on both days was a great bonus. The Rituals hair and body wash smelled wonderful, and the small fridge was very useful. The drinks at the water park were delicious too. The location was excellent - we could easily explore the city centre on foot and enjoyed a lovely evening stroll with plenty to see. Overall, a very welcoming and comfortable stay!

Disliked:We couldn’t adjust the room temperature to our preference, and the orange juice at breakfast tasted a little watery.

Liked:Waterpark and Sauna are the only true merits of the stay.

Disliked:Old facilities of 80’s style, beds and pillows not so comfortable, what I cannot take is that the curtains are not light-proof, we were waked up by the sun at 6h30, after a long trip and kids stayed late the previous night. No design no homy staff. Any AIRBNB nearby which are furnished in recent 10 days would be better. Clearly it doesn’t worth 312 euros per night.
