The stay overall for me was good.

Liked:Clean and a nice breakfast. Wanted to be close to the train station and it was. Very comfortable bed.

Disliked:Very dark room. Could hardly see! A friend had no air conditioning and they did not move her. The hotel was NOT full. 🥺. They put a fan in her room which was not doing the job well enough.

Disliked:Extremely disappointing stay. * We were never informed at check-in that the air conditioning was not working, despite outside temperatures of 36°C. Had we known, we would not have stayed at this hotel. * The room was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. At 4:00 AM I went to reception and was told nothing could be done. * There was also a strong sewage smell coming from the ventilation system. * The next day the manager confirmed the issue could not be fixed and provided a portable unit, which required keeping the window open, resulting in noise and hot air throughout the night. The problem itself was bad enough, but the lack of transparency and the inadequate response made the experience even worse. This is not the level of care and hospitality guests should expect from a hotel. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Liked:The A/C was not working in the hotel. So i requested the cancellation of my stay. The staff, very friendly, promised the reimbursement (to be done by Booking) and provided assistance to find another hotel
