Cleanliness8.0

Generally reported as clean and comfortable, though some guests noted dated areas (reception/foyer), a slight smell in a room, and that facilities are not the newest.

Service9.5

Consistently praised staff—especially Denis—for warm, attentive, multilingual service, helpful concierge, early check-in/luggage assistance and personalised welcome.

Location9.5

Multiple reviews highlight an excellent, central location (steps from Saint-Michel/Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, metro/RER), very convenient for sightseeing.

Room Quality7.0

Rooms are described as small (repeatedly), classic Parisian sizing; generally clean and comfortable beds but some feel cramped and bathrooms may need updating.

Amenities8.5

Useful amenities noted include air conditioning, luggage storage, complimentary drinks in the lobby, and helpful concierge; however classic/smaller facilities (elevator) are mentioned.

Value for Money8.0

Mixed impressions: some guests find it fair for central Paris while others call it a bit expensive for the level and dated aspects of the property.

Food and Beverage8.0

Breakfast generally described positively (good food, helpful staff), but some guests noted lack of fresh fruit and a cramped breakfast area at times.

Overall Experience9.5

Overall very positive stays thanks to location and highly praised staff; small room size and some dated elements noted but do not overshadow guest satisfaction.

Liked:I stayed here only for one night at the beginning of my trip to France but I totally loved it! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is situated in an excellent area, making it easy to get around, very walkable but also located to many numbers of public transport services. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe staying in this accomodation, and there was even a security guard at the door during my stay, which helped to put me at ease.

Convenient to get around but didn’t get much sleep.

Liked:Perfectly located. Within walking distance to most major attractions like Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre, Luxembourg Gardens etc. Metro stations are just a few steps away and plenty of Boulangerie and pastries shops in the area.

Disliked:Too noisy, bars and restaurants don’t close until 2am in the morning. Constant car traffic noise throughout the night. Sound proof not so great. In need of renovations. The furniture, decor and carpet are old and worn.
