Great hotel, great location

Liked:The reception staff were so friendly and very helpful with the check-in, hotel and local information. The room provided great refreshments and fresh bottled water. The beds were comfortable, and the best pillows I've ever slept in at a hotel (memory foam) and the towels soft and fluffy, not hard and over starched. The breakfast was amazing, great selection and variety and egg station to cook eggs any way you want. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool and wellness area is beautiful and clean, pool temperature great.

Disliked:Not much we didn't like. The pool booking system was different though, hadn't expected to use the pool via a booking system and only 1 hour per guest per day. Although it does make the experience more quiet and private, which is nice, but booking in means you need to plan your day around it cos the time you want to go to the pool might not be available.

Overall, the location and reception staff are the main strengths, but given the high price, I expected significantly bet

Liked:The room was clean and generally well maintained, and the hotel has an excellent location with very easy access to the metro. The reception staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Disliked:The housekeeping and room services were also below expectations. Some requests and cleaning-related issues had to be followed up several times before they were properly addressed. In addition, the housekeeping staff did not speak English, which made communication more difficult. For families with children, I would rate the hotel as average. The swimming pool is quite small and the facilities and service around the pool were also below expectations.
