Liked:Staff was great, and good location. Metro is close and direct to center.

Disliked:Too bad room layout, there was no real space to open luggage to take clothes (too small corridor, almost NO corridor). Even if you see on booking Family room - better to double check and take bigger one if you really wish to stay in this hotel. Additionally, there are no FRIDGES in rooms which is also not great at all, especially travelling with kids. About this point I was mostly surprised considering it's 4 star hotel.

Liked:We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was great. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, which made getting around very easy.

Liked:Amazing staff! Always so helpful. Rooms are spotless and beds are comfortable. Lots of cafes around. Great breakfast options are available every day too. So close to the Metro Station(M6 and M14) I wish it was a little bit closer to downtown.
