A few small changes could make a big difference

Liked:The location was great for the exhibition centre. There’s a small but well stocked shop in the lobby. Room service options were good. Restaurant was nice. They provide water bottles in the room to refill from the water fountains near the lifts, which I thought was a nice touch.

Disliked:This is probably the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in which doesn’t provide an iron in your room as standard or on request; instead they ask you to go down to the basement to the “ironing room” which was less than ideal. The paper cups for tea/coffee in the room go soggy after a short while. And if you want to use the “gym”, forget it. A few cardio machines and no actual weights or other such machines (only small pathetic yoga weights).
