Great location. Full stop.

Liked:The location was perfect. Near multiple metro stops. Literally 30seconds to San Sebastián metro. Surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants and shopping boutiques. The staff were amazing.

Disliked:The rooms are dated and dark. The breakfast was a large canteen in the basement with no natural light or view. The staff were very nice but the breakfast was stale bread and croissants. Not good.

Friendly Staff, Good Location

Liked:Good location and friendly staff. We took the Metro every day. Close to the #8 Metro station at San Sebastien.

Disliked:The elevator in our building (Eiffel) was broken for all 5 days of our stay and we were on the 4th floor. The liquid soap dispenser hanger was installed upside down which caused the liquid soap bottle to fall off the wall. It was difficult getting in and out of the high rise bath tub and the floor got wet and slippery.

Great hotel.

Liked:Beautiful hotel. Lovely large rooms. Staff were great.

Disliked:No aircon in public areas. With a heat wave was hard being anywhere near reception. The hotel is great for exploring Le Maris but is a gd 45 min walk to other major tourist hubs.

Hotel needs improvement

Liked:Good location

Disliked:Net curtains hanging off in room. Dishwasher door wouldn't close. It was strange to be in what appeared to be a self catering room, with hob, microwave, mini dishwasher. No shampoo, conditioner or moisturiser in the room of a 4 star hotel. Food service staff was surly and mode no effort to be friendy or helpful. We were told the hotel kitchen and no butter for our rolls at dinner. Also no hot chocolate drink. The outdoor seating area was one of the reasons for staying here. The raised seating under the bushes was lovely. However the sloping bricks that had to be navigated to get there was dangerous and impractical. We had to help each other up and my husband fell once.
