Exceptional style, amazing location, wonderful staff.

Liked:Amazing hotel. This is traditional luxury and service as it should be. Even though it is a lovely building with beautiful rooms in the very best location, it is the staff that elavate it beyong expectations. They are wonderful. From the door staff, to reception to the cleaning staff. I stay in lots of hotels and this is far and away the best service I have ever had. The staff are all friendly, obliging and can't do enough to please. One of my bathroom taps was sticky and by the time I got back from a day out, they had installed completely new taps!! Unbelievable. Each night, the staff check you are OK, the minibar is full, you have enough towels and water. A few nights my dogs also stayed and nothing was a problem to them. I now won't stay anywhere else in Paris. Winning hotel with superlative service. Exceptional!!!!!! Thank you to everyone there.

Great location with a safe, lively atmosphere

Liked:I loved the location—there was easy access to lots of cafés and shops, and the area felt very safe and comfortable to walk around in at any time of day. It was also well connected, making it simple to get around Paris and explore different neighborhoods. Overall, a really convenient and enjoyable place to stay.

Disliked:On Saturday evenings, there seems to be a nearby club , so you can occasionally hear some noise at night. I’m a very light sleeper, so I noticed it more, but aside from that there isn’t much negative to say about the stay.
