Very pleasant, a bit old, but welcoming hotel in the heart of Paris

Liked:Amazing staff! Great service - very quick response to all my queries! Many thanks! Great location - you are in the very heart of Paris.

Disliked:The property is a bit old and run down. The vanity mirror in the bathroom snoops down as it is broken, some light in the corridor was flashing as it needs to be fixed, cabinetry was painted so many times and is still very rubbed…

Liked:We had a wonderful stay at the Westminster Hotel. The team kindly upgraded us to a suite free of charge so that our family could have connected rooms, which we truly appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay much more comfortable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional—everyone was welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel's location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality, excellent service, and fantastic location.

Won’t stay again and will share this with all my peers

Liked:Rooms are so dated. Aircon is not working so they have portable aircon BUT it is also means that the windows can’t be closed so rooms has BUGs flying in and also make the room so dark coz have to draw curtains to keep cold ( but not cold at all) air in the room. room is very noisy and shower water pressure is bad really bad. Paid for breakfast - soy milk was curdling and I was there at 8am - didn’t the wait crew realise it when they pour the soy milk into the glass pitcher??? It was not straight from packaging.

Disliked:There is nothing I like about this property . If u like rooms that are hot and stuffy , smelly rooms, rancid milk served - you will like this hotel
