Lovely historic hotel in the heart of Paris with exceptional service

Liked:Clean and bright room in a historic building with nice bathroom, comfortable bed and linens, and truly exceptional service and staff. Perfect location to the Metro, Louvre , shopping, and dining. Although we did not experience any issues, we observed staff truly going above and beyond for another guest. We can’t wait to return

Extraordinary decoration & excellent location with good service

Liked:All Staff (from the conciege, reception, restraurant service, cleaning team, to porters team..etc) was super professional, helpful & nice. Although the building was historic, hotel was very clean and very well renovated. Decoration was extraordinary & luxurious. Location was also excellent. We had an amazing eiffel tower view✨

Disliked:Since its a historical building, there had been some breakdowns such as our bathroom ceiling came down in the middle of the night and service came to repaire immediately. My parents had difficulty in having water from shower but they managed it after calling the service. They even brought iron and iron table to our room and let us keep it during our stay. So the service we received was great✨
