Lovely stay in Paris hotel was clean and had everything I needed. Stay were helpful

Pleasant hotel but very small rooms for the price.

Liked:The location was good, with easy access to the Metro and plenty of cafes and bars, a short walk away. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Disliked:The room was very small, despite booking a deluxe double room. The breakfast is fine but has a limited selection of breads, pastries, etc. with no provisions for gluten free or decaffeinated drinks. The bar had no atmosphere and a very poor selection of alcoholic drinks, so much so, that we ended up going elsewhere, every evening. There is only one lift and we frequently had to wait for quite a while, whilst the cleaners went up and down. On one occasion we waited 10 minutes and eventually insisted on jumping in with the cleaners.

Paris was a great experience but somewhat spoilt by my above comments.

Liked:The location was good. Room was nice and the bed comfortable.

Disliked:Could hear the rumbling of the metro trains. One of the front desk staff (John) never looked up to acknowledge us coming and going. Reported the sink plug not sealing, John took a note and said it would be passed on to maintenance. Still wasn’t sorted during our stay.

We had a lovely time in Paris, only there for one night but we will stay longer next time.

Liked:the room was ready before 3.00pm and clean, and the location was superb.
