The identity of each person staying at the hotel must be mentioned at the time of booking and each guest must provide a valid ID upon check in. If the room has been reserved by a third person, the person present must provide a new credit card under his name which correspond to his own identity document. Please note that for reservations of 6 rooms or more, group policies may apply. Please note that in case of loss, theft or damage of the smartphone provided in rooms, a penalty of EUR 300 will apply. Guests are required to immediately report any deficiencies noticed in the hotel room to the hotel reception.
