Liked:The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was great.

Disliked:The rooms were tiny, and not all areas in the rooms were cleaned properly.

The Balmoral staff, rooms and location were fabulous. We would definitely stay there again.

Liked:Amazing location, can walk everywhere and the hotel was intimate and personal. Not just a number when we walked in, treated beautifully.

Lovely place to stay in Paris, just outside the turmoil of the center but nearby enough.

Liked:The location nearby the Arc de Triomphe and a major metro station was ideal to travel to all hotspots of the city by metro. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.

Disliked:The furniture of the room was a bit outdated and worn out, but nothing serious. Though, having to shower in a bathtub is not one of my favourites. The bathroom was big enough to include a separate shower. Missed chance for the designer.
