Liked:Pesärsonel were very helpful and nice! Hotel is very comfortable and with excellent location. Rooms are tidy and airconditioning worked well. Special thanks to guys in the reception on Saturday night for helping us to get some food for our T1 diabetic son, during the restless hours that day! You are super!!

Liked:the hotel was in a exelent location lovely restaurants in the area .good for walking to places off intrest , I thought it was in a very Safe area,

Disliked:lack off drawers in the bed room ,they could do with more shelves instead off a bulky table ansd chairs/

Average Hôtel with decent breakfast at à great price

Liked:Exemplary gentleman at the desk who was genuinely nice and appreciative of my attempt to speak French. The lady who works in the kitchen and cleans the main entrance was also friendly. The breakfast was excellent for the money and the Hôtel was very clean.

Disliked:Two staff members were just plain rude and abrupt. There was rioting in the area the night before and the Hôtel staff were not very helpful to me who had limited French. They provided no reassurance when I got back to the Hôtel after they had actioned an early locked gate time due to security breaches in the hotel itself by the rioting students. Loud explosions were going off and I had to read about it myself and create my own action plan. I did not sleep as a result and they would t extend my check out time at all. I understand the awful external influences out of their control but show some compassion for those whose French is not their first language. Especially when I was trying to speak as much French as I could.

Nice hotel just steps from the metro

Liked:The room was nicely updated and the location was great, just a few steps from the metro.

Disliked:The lobby was a bit dated so did not give a good first impression, but the room was very nice.
