Quite fair

Liked:Staff was very nice, bed and linens were clean and good. Breakfast was fair. Hotel located next to Gare de L’est et Gare du Nord and many bus stations

Disliked:Mainly the noise. We could hear the people in the hallway and when they were opening their doors, we were having the impression that it was at our door (probably because of the proximity of rooms)

It was good, but i don’t think i will come back here

Liked:One person in the staff was very kind and nice, also the location was great and once we were allowed to have a nice room our journey was much more enjoyable.

Disliked:Some people are not made to work in jobs like that… i know what i’m talking about because ive done this job before, i know how some costumers are but being rude or mocking a costumer because they just want to have a better experience is really low, i wouldnt recommend it for that, don’t let them put you in room 1 trust me.

Poor Value for the rate

Liked:The staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The room was tiny and very basic. The shower was bad (didn't even have a full glass surround and water would go everywhere). The.location was fine for accessing Gare.de 'Est if that's important to you. Very poor value for money vs everywhere else I have stayed, and that's a lot of places this l)trip (blame Paris for that too). I realized that I could not eat the breakfast.on the second day because the service started too late for my scheduled train; but.they refused to refund my money for that unusable breakfast.daWould not stay there again.

Good for a short stay, No issues!

Liked:Nice Staff and clean rooms. Location was fine for first time in paris!

Disliked:Quite a small room for 3 people, we requested a balcony and didn’t get one on arrival sadly.
