Excellent small hotel with superb staff

Liked:The staff truly made the place! Tamanna, Tony and Morgan were godsends! Location is superb!

Disliked:There was an issue with the air conditioning that was beyond the staff’s control. They did everything in their power to accommodate me, change my room, and when no rooms were available they found a nearby hotel to send me to and offered to pay for it. This is exceptional service. Fortunately it wasn’t needed.

fantastic stay in a beautiful, comfortable hotel with an unbeatable location near the Arc de Triomph

Liked:The hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable, stylish, spotless, and felt quite luxurious. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and close to everything I wanted to see and do in Paris.

Disliked:Honestly, there was very little to complain about. The room was on the smaller side, but that is quite normal for Paris and did not affect my stay. Overall, everything met or exceeded my expectations.
