This is not a payment. There is no debit. It is a pre-authorization. The amount depends on the size of the apartment: It will be 500€ for an apartment of less than 40m2, 1000€ for an apartment of 40 to 59m2, 1500€ for an apartment of 60 to 79m2 and 2000€ for an apartment of more than 80m2.
