Not safe area! Terrible experience 😞

Liked:Comfortables pillows and polite receptionist who checked us in and give us pillow and bedsheets. The next day receptionist who took the payment for breakfast was nice too ! Cockroach 🪳 in the room

Disliked:The room was very hot, they have put not working fans, it was 37c at the room when I have asked the day receptionist he just put note on the book and and said it is not possible as I am aware they not available. Towels are discussing and you have to pay for new disgusting towels. We had to buy new ones. Breakfast not worth it. Noisy nights we didn’t sleep every night until 5 am due to the noise as every nights there was a fights, singing and talking until 4 am as the area is terrible, full of homeless, junk people and thieves. Just sleeping at the back side of the hotel under the windows. Just on our arrival out of the metro station at nights the exit full of drunks and drug addicts peoples, they stole my son back pack we didn’t realise they took everything then one of the them he came laughing at our face at we stood up out of the metro looking on the map for the hotel direction. We didn’t understand why he stood up in our face and laughed we just walk away in hurry then we realised at the hotel reception what has happened. we saw two fighting with broken bottles too and have knives at the entrance of the metro is 2 minutes from the hotel. We back to England today my 11 years old daughter was admitted to hospital as had mosquitos bite in the room we had to open the window all night due the heat and because the are full of drugs addicted and junk people she have severe internal infections!
