Really nice stay at an affordable price

Liked:Everything was clean and organised, equipped kitchenette and very nice staff. Very private. We arrived at the bungalow which already had the AC turned on. It was the perfect stay for a nice summer weekend.

Disliked:The only down side was there was a broken step to our bungalow and we did almost fall at first, but nothing else to point out.

Good for an overnight stop if the sound of trains doesn't bother you.

Liked:Location was remote which suited us. Beatuful view of the distant countryside and towns. Bright, modern apartment with a nice sun deck with chairs, table and sun umbrella for sunbathing. Charcoal BBq availabel but we didn't use it.

Disliked:Saucepans and crockery were not thoroughly washed and had to be washed before use. The shower walls weren't as clean as I would like. Access was difficult due to narrow, winding lanes to access the property. The railway line in front of the property with trains running regularly from 6 am - 12 midnight.

Liked:I like everything about Refugio D Alecrim and Mr Antonio is always available to help or give guidance with whatever is required and the place is so relaxing and the swimming pool is a plus and I will definitely be back in the summer ☀️
