Liked:The food was fresh and delicious every day, perfect quality. The room was very comfortable and had everything necessary. We really liked the spacious yard and the play area for the children. Additional play areas—such as sports courts, swings, slides, and tunnels—could be set up there.

Disliked:The pillows were big, no options for other. The towels were not changed for three days, and he/she had to ask for this service. The bed sheets should also be changed every other day, yet during our six-day stay, they weren't changed even once. The handheld showerhead in the bathroom wouldn't stay in its holder properly and kept falling down. There were no shelves for personal items. Overall, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to standard.

Friendly staff, great garden, a bit tiny spaces

Liked:The staff on the reception and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and welcoming!!! The rooms have nice lighting (bedside lamps, behind the bed led lights, which is helpful when you need to calm a child before sleep) and also black out curtains 🙌🏻 The balconies are also nice and spacious. The huuuge garden is great for kids to run and have fun. There are always some free spaces to park around the hotel, even if the parking spots are full. *Some tourist tips: The location of the hotel is a bit far from the center, but if you go with a car, there is a very nice big parking in the center of the city. The central beach is extremely full and narrow, but there is an amazing wide and long beach with great spots on the south side (check Pū Pū Beach Cantina, where you just need to order something to use the umbrella, bed sheets and a lot of extras).

Disliked:The spaces were a bit tiny - the two bedroom apartment didn’t have enough storage space, also the elevator is tiny - 3 people is a max without some luggage, if you have a baby stroller you’ll have extremely little space. The restaurant (in my opinion) cannot fit all the people at once, so some need to sit outside (it’s still nice, but there are a loooot of wasps that don’t let you eat in peace). The children spaces are not very well maintained. Some of the things are broken and a bit dangerous even if you pay attention to the child all the time. The big jumping castle is a bit dirty and has water all over it (but I’m sure it’s very difficult to keep it clean anyways).

A wonderful, family-friendly hotel with excellent facilities and lovely staff.

Liked:The hotel is perfect for families with children. It has a lovely children’s play area and a great swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Disliked:The hotel is a little far from the beach, but this was not a major problem for us because we had a car.
