decent stay overall, but a few issues—especially the final incident—left a bad taste.

Liked:The hotel is modern, clean, and cozy. The linen and towels were of good quality, and the staff were generally friendly. The food was diverse and fresh and there was always something tasty to suit different palates—plus, the dining area never felt overcrowded.

Disliked:For dinner, we were hoping for fresh fish, but it was usually frozen shark fillet, which felt strange given the hotel’s seaside location. In the mornings, we were bothered by staff smoking right outside the hotel, which was unpleasant. The water provided for tea also tasted heavily chlorinated and was not drinkable What really spoiled our impression was the last morning. We had an early checkout, and our children didn’t have time to finish their donuts. Since the donuts were already on plates, I simply asked for a box to take them. The reaction was surprisingly harsh—they called a manager who started shouting that food cannot be taken out and that we either had to eat it there or leave it. We were not allowed to take the donuts

In general good, but below expactions for a 4 star hotel

Liked:The hotel area was good for kids to play, hotel staff was friendly and ready to help. Good soundproof of the rooms

Disliked:there is only instant coffee available during breakfast, if you would like to order a normal coffee you can only do it at the pool bar. No drinks are offered during the dinner, if you want something - you need to go to the bar and order by yourself. The restaurant looks more like a canteen. The airconditioning there is poor. The food is average, especially seafood If you want to go to the city/beach - you need to walk across the road which might be dangerous in the evening

Liked:We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is excellent, with exceptional cleanliness throughout the rooms and all common areas. The swimming pool was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help

Disliked:We only have a couple of very small suggestions for improvement. The extra bed in the room was not very comfortable. It was split into two horizontal sections with a height difference of at least 5 cm between them, and the upper section was extremely firm. Also, the blinds on both roof windows were not working.
