Great place to stay

Liked:First let me say the Service at the Edgewater Grill , Meeko, was the best server at the Hotel...If you ever get to eat at this restaurant make sure you get his section, You won't be disappointed. Now the rest of the Hotel was a great place for rest and relaxation. I highly recommend it. The concierge service was also excellent, if you're in need of anything she's the person to see. But all honesty most of the severs are friendly But unfortunately theirs a couple of them that can use some customer training.

Trip of a lifetime

Liked:This was such a fun vacation for just myself and my fiancĂ©. The food was spectacular. The friendliness is outnumbered. Our waiter “IAN” took care of us everyday and respected us like we actually meant something to someone. I can’t say enough about this place we will be back!!

Overall a great vacation, with a few exceptions

Liked:Just returned from a six-night stay at the Warwick Paradise Island with my husband, and overall it was a wonderful trip — I'd give it a solid 8 out of 10. The staff are without question the highlight of this resort. Friendly, warm, and willing to go above and beyond at every turn. A special shoutout to Bullet, who runs the evening entertainment — he was such a delight, funny and engaging every night. And Sheryl, who hands out towels at the pool, deserves her own paragraph. She greeted everyone like they were her number one fan, asked how I was feeling every day when I came down with something, and even shared tips (purple juice!) to help me feel better. Truly exceptional. The concierge team was great too, and the poolside service was wonderful — plenty of umbrellas for shade and lots of activities going on around the pool. The lobby is buzzing with options like pool tables, foosball, chess, checkers, Jenga, and pinball, and they bring in singers nightly. The Junkanoo room offered a large space with even more to do. A few honest notes for prospective guests. Check-in took longer than expected — we arrived around noon and didn't get into our room until close to 3 PM, so plan your arrival accordingly if you can. Sitting in travel clothes for a few hours wasn't ideal. Our biggest issue, though, was the room AC. The unit was incredibly loud — when it kicked on, it genuinely sounded like a diesel truck starting up. It also ran very cold, and the cycling on and off woke us up more than once. As for the specialty restaurants, the ambiance was lovely and the servers were excellent, but the food itself was good rather than exceptional. The buffet, on the other hand, had great variety — though over six days, the breakfast options didn't change much. One suggestion for the resort: as an adults-only property with a noticeable 50+ crowd, a small, intimate jazz club or piano bar would be a beautiful addition. The lobby has lots of energy with games and live singers, but it can get quite loud, and there isn't really a quiet, cozy place to sip a drink and just listen to music. We often retreated to our room when we wanted that calmer atmosphere. Bottom line: warm and attentive staff, a lively atmosphere, and a great pool experience, with a few rough edges around the AC, specialty dining, and quiet spaces. We had a good time and would recommend it. We booked through our point on WestJet Vacations.
