Liked:Very friendly and gentle staff, great location and the garden and landscape around is beautiful. The bungalow was clean when we arrived.

Disliked:Some things were not ideal. The bungalows are open: the walls don't reach the roof, leaving open space in every room, which lets a lot of insects in. The provided net is essential. The bed is also too small for two people and the mattress is not very good, so sleeping was uncomfortable. For a longer stay, you have to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper, but in our case the supply was short. Even when we asked for more rolls of toilet paper, they gave us only one roll at a time, and by the last morning we had run out completely. It was uncomfortable to have to ask constantly for basic supplies.

Liked:We loved our stay at the eco lodge, it is in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains. It is very peaceful and has a lovely pool that you can relax by. The owner Poema is very friendly and incredibly helpful with giving great tips of where to visit on the island.

Liked:We had a wonderful stay at this eco lodge. The property is very well maintained, and the bungalow is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The greatest treasure of the lodge, however, is the owner, Paoma. She is incredibly helpful, responds very quickly, and is exceptionally well connected. Thanks to her, we were even able to organize a whale-watching tour at the very last minute — something we really appreciated! The breakfast was also delicious and a lovely way to start the day. The road to the lodge is quite bumpy, but it is manageable with a normal vehicle. Due to the road conditions and the remote location, it takes at least 10 minutes to reach the village. One important thing to know is that the bungalows are not fully enclosed. At night, the wind can therefore be quite loud. You can also hear the rain, animals, and the river next to the property, sometimes quite loudly. For us, however, this was part of the charm and made the stay a truly unique experience. If you are looking for an authentic experience close to nature, we would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful experience in the heart of Moorea!

Liked:The bungalow was beautiful, spacious, and very well organized. The terrace was absolutely amazing, allowing us to enjoy our meals surrounded by nature. Everything was beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully cared for. Poema, the host, was wonderful—always available and incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again!

Disliked:The road to reach the village is not the easiest, but it is perfectly manageable, even by scooter.
