Liked:Staff were friendly and warm. Had requested for a surprise since it was my anniversary and my hubby's birthday, staff took great effort to decorate the bed with wishes made from pandan leaves and flowers. They also provide us a small cake to celebrate the occasion. The place is quiet, excellent for travellers who wants to relax and enjoy the sun, sand and the sea. And the bed was super comfy. They also provide free shuttle van to area like Central Phuket, Phuket Old Town.

Disliked:Nothing.

Leena was great at the kids club

Liked:Leena of the kids club was great, which made our daughter love to go to the kids club almost daily. Overall great hotel. Only not many restaurants nearby, but there is a shuttle to Central Phuket which takes about 30 min

Very nice view, extremly helpful staff and facilities to suite everyone

Liked:It is one of my best stays in Phuket. The hotel offers a variety of activities and things to do, an amazing sea view, and the whole team is very friendly and helpful you feel you are at home among friends. I would like to thank the whole welcome and F& B teams, with special thanks for Nat, Julian, Teh, Micky, and Chef Raju to make this stay very comfortable and attending to every request professionally
