Liked:enough sun beds, clean, magnificent lagoons convenient even for children small

Disliked:the only what i didn't like is that the billiard table was not clean, all the rest clean and nice

Liked:the exceptional service — every member of staff we interacted with was kind and welcoming, The facilities are excellent and very well maintained, with plenty of comfortable and enjoyable options throughout the resort. We also really appreciated the wide variety of food available, with plenty of choices

Disliked:There is very little to no shaded area throughout the resort, including around the pools and along the walking paths. On very hot days, this can be quite challenging, especially when spending many hours outside with Kids.. Adding more shaded areas would make the experience much more comfortable Also there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in our room

Over priced, rude staff and bang average food.

Liked:The property was clean and tidy, nice grounds for walking round with the pram.

Disliked:The majority of the staff are rude and unhelpful, everything is an issue especially with children. There’s so many weird rules, you can only have the iron for 30 minutes. They were apprehensive about washing the babies bottles for us and when we asked for the children’s food to come out first they said no. They charged us for the wrong room at the end of the stay and then threatened us with legal action over their mistake.
