Liked:Let’s start with how quiet the place is when empty of course with also a clean gym and a sauna to relax yourself even more, the surrounding area is really quiet! Beautiful trees all around, high in the mountains, the staff was really helpful from the start till the end with everything and can’t forget the owner of course🙏, amazing people and full of positive energy, AMAZING food with good prices!! and lastly!! They have the friendliest cats everr and well taken care of✨

Disliked:Not spending more time there😅 i will say this is something not that i didn’t like but i learned about..is to rent/own a car if intended to stay for longer times as taxi’s can get expensive, i only stayed for 3 nights

Liked:This place is the best part of my travelling in Bulgaria. It deserves a straight 10/10. Location is fantastic, just get to your room's balcony and you're already surrendered by nature. Facilities are on point, everything you need for your time in nature. The rooms are comfy, clean and well equipped. The restaurant has a surpassingly wide variety (even as a vegetarian/vegan) to choose from. Staff is exceptionally kind and attentive. They are both caring and professional. Giving you the feeling you're in good hands. If you come to Panichishte, I honestly see no reason to go elsewhere. Even if you're not spending the night - drop by the restaurant, have a local draft beer of a coffee - the experience is worth it! Highly recommended.

Disappointing and over priced

Liked:It was located near enough to the chairlift - still a drive but close. It was clean and the breakfast staff were lovely and it was delicious.

Disliked:Quite run down, but the whole area is run down. I booked a suite with mountain view and it was essentially an attic - I could only stand up in half the room as the ceiling was so low and the “mountain view” was out a small attic window you had to stand to see out. Very disappointed and at 66 Euro a night was way overpriced when compared to other fabulous accomodation I have stayed in for 40-50 Euro.

Mountain perfection

Liked:The hotel is perfectly located to the rila seven Lakes. It’s only a 15 minute drive to the chairlift from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was incredible. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely be staying back here next time we are in Bulgaria. The front desk girl was a darling- so sweet and fun to chat with.
