As soon as I beat him at the casino, they figure out a way to get me out. They’re crooks and criminals and scumbags.

Liked:The CASINO’s rig they have a Scam auto shufflers. Everybody in the place is a scam. They’re hateful. They’re only looking for suckers. I’m missing stuff out of my room whenever we leave their thieves.

Disliked:It’s in the ghetto part of town still it cost a lot of money and it’s no value at all

I Repeat, this Hotel. I will repeat it very good.

Liked:Location and comfortable rooms

Disliked:The line time to check in and also time to check out the checkout more easy. It will be more easy if guest can see the balance at the TV and check out on TV and just drop the card on the Lobby.

Adequate

Liked:I like that there are many restaurants in the hotel, the staff were mainly competent except for housekeeping

Disliked:Housekeeping was very poor, I kept having to call to get coffee pods, creamer etc, got no face towel even after asking for one along with other linen, pressed the button for service and came back hours later room was not yet cleaned

OMG. You need to visit!

Liked:Really really nice. The Spa is enchanting. We are planning another visit tomorrow! Booking our massages was a easy process, check in and explanation was professional and friendly. Nice robes. The pool is a treasure. We enjoyed a couples massage, Ana and Erica made all our troubles float away! Enjoying a drink by the pool and pizza and a salad, our server, Luis was really 1st rate. Attentive, professional and tolerated my terrible spanish with grace. The people working here are really, really wonderful. Thank you for such a treasure of a day. PS whoever is in charge of the music is a gem. Relaxing, upbeat never intrusive. Good job.
