Liked:The property is centrally located within Panama City. Minerva, hotel concierge, was fantastic. She coordinated my city tour, my tour to San Blas Beach and ensured all my special travel accommodations were met on my tours. She provided great recommendations for roof top bars and restaurants throughout the city. She even matched competitors prices. She was readily available for me anytime I had a question. I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Disliked:I wish the pool was open later. By the time I got to the hotel from my tours the pool was about to close. 10pm would be perfect vs 8pm.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Liked:The breakfast was great, a lot of choices. Disappointed that it had a cost if you wanted an omelet.

Disliked:My room had a horrible smell of molding. I brought it to the staff attention immediately and was told someone will come check it out. I had to open the windows which clearly had a sign saying do not open, just gor me to survive the smell. I waited 4 hrs and no one came. I saw a cleaning staff and brought it to her attention, she inquire and said it have no other rooms available and someone will bring a purifier to my room. Someone brought the purifier and only worked gor an hour. This was nighttime now. So I give up and waited for the next day. I asked for the supervisor and she was very pleasant and helpful and apologize for the inconvenience caused. I was given two options to choose from and it was much better than my first room. After checking out a few hours after I realized I left my extension cord plug-in in my room, do I asked one of of the person at the desk. He said he will let someone get it. I after 15 minutes, i asked is the person bruing it, he said yes hold on. Iwaited an hour and asjed again, by that time my uber had arrived to carry me yo the airport. I never got it.
