Disliked:We booked a room for three people, but upon arrival there were only two bath towels provided. Although the hotel was fully aware that the reservation was for three guests, we repeatedly had to ask for an additional towel. This was not a one-time issue. Throughout our stay, we had to keep reminding the staff that there were three people staying in the room and that we therefore needed three sets of towels. It may seem like a small issue, but this is something that should be handled automatically based on the number of guests in the reservation. It would improve the overall service if housekeeping consistently prepared the room according to the actual number of registered guests. Another issue occurred on our last night. People remained in and around the pool area until after 11:00 p.m., talking loudly and making a considerable amount of noise. We had gone to bed early, but the noise disturbed our sleep. The hotel should take this into account and enforce reasonable quiet hours, especially at night, out of consideration for other guests. These may seem like relatively small issues, but they do affect the overall comfort and quality of the stay.
