Bad

Liked:I liked the location.

Disliked:The front door key pad did not work, so they sent me to another room and the room was filthy and had mold everywhere. The door I had to get into the house with was a small door in the bathroom. The blinds were broken in the bathroom and if anyone was walking by they could see us or my kids. The wifi sucked. The sofa bed is broken, the sofa bed sheets were FILTHY.

It didn’t feel like a vacation Definitely not Paradise vacation rental

Liked:We like the The table in the front on the pictures and we like the shower water pressure

Disliked:First off this was not pet friendly vacation rental place The dog kennels had a plumber snake on the floor of the kennel and the other side of the dog kennel the floor was broken and my dog could get under it and it had screws hanging in the floor so we would not let the dog in there also. Next the stove had stuff all in it and it smoked and set off the alarms the first time I used it. Next the toaster was broken but they gave me a different one. The coffee maker was nasty Plus there was no complementary coffee sugar or cream so couldn’t use that. The shower on the outside was broken so every time we went to the beach we had to go through the facility to the inside shower which made a sandy nasty mess. The AC unit wires were hanging in water and the electrical conduit was broken and not attached in the back of the building where the air conditioner is so we would not sit back there because when it rains it could cause someone to get electrocuted in my family was not going to use that part of the facility. Now in my final note on this they gave us one roll of toilet paper for whole vacation So first thing in the morning I had to go buy toilet paper coffee sugar and cream on my vacation what a joke

Instead of immediately refunding us for our $2,214 stay, the homeowner decided to ignore us. Mauricio and Moni are liste

Disliked:The master bed room has bed bugs. My wife saw 3 in the same night including 1 crawling on our baby. I finally saw one the next morning and was able to take a photo to send to the landlord. Once the cleaning lady’s arrived at the home, they told us the house has had a beg bug problem for quite a while but the landlord doesn’t want to spend the money on new mattresses. If you look at the homes listing on airbnb you will find a review from 2019 that mentions bed bugs. Instead of fixing the problem the correct way, Mauricio told the cleaners to turn up the heat for a week, and started renting the place again. Additionally there were 5 separate plies of garbage on the property that had been sitting there for a very long time. We waited until Monday (garbage pickup day) and watched the garbage truck pass right by the house. After calling the company, they told us the homeowners canceled the garbage pickup one year ago. The garbage could literally be smelled from one block away.
