Liked:The staff were very helpful. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular. The rooms while a bit outdated, were clean. The pool was very clean as well. I liked that they had beach supplies like floats, slides, sunscreen as well as snacks available in the lobby at prices cheaper than the nearby CVS. They also have a Tiki bar by the pool and a snack bar in the lobby for your convenience. Short drive to Pier Park and walking distance to McGuires Irish Pub and Jeremiah's Italian Ice and Beach Cow Cremery as well as the aforementioned CVS.

Disliked:Only one elevator working but there was seldom a long wait. Property is a bit older and well traveled compared to new resorts so don't expect a 4 or 5 star experience. Its a 2 star no frills hotel right on the beach at a value price. If you are there to enjoy the beach, ocean and pool you will be more than satisfied with your viait.
