Liked:We love everything about the Emerald Isle, from the quiet location to the size of the building and the speed of the elevators! We've been coming here for several years now and have never been disappointed with the cleanliness or the kindness and helpfulness of the staff! We will be back!

Disliked:The taxes and fees are a bit ridiculous...over half the cost is taxes and fees.

we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Disliked:Bed in guest bedroom is supported by some wooden slats, one of which kept falling out because it is not attached to anything. Also the hair dryer in the guest bathroom is not secure in its mount and fell on my wife's head at the slightest touch of it's cord. She was not seriously injured, but it should not be so easily dislodged. we left it laying on the counter for the rest of our stay. only suggestion is we missed our keruig (Ours at home is about to quit, so I went ahead and bought us a new one.)
