The worst experience

Disliked:During our stay, we experienced several issues. The WiFi worked very poorly and was practically only available in the living room. The air conditioning remote control did not work, the water pressure was extremely low, and the rubbish bin was far too small and attracted ants if a bag was not used. The kitchen is also very poorly equipped for a group of people. There were not enough suitable knives, plates, glasses, pots, pans or other basic kitchen utensils needed to cook comfortably for a group. In addition, some of the kitchen items and utensils were not particularly clean. In the bathroom, some of the furniture showed signs of rust, and several electrical sockets simply did not work. We would also like to mention something that particularly concerned us: we found two large cockroaches inside the kitchen drawers. We believe that, apart from being a hygiene issue, this could be especially worrying for families staying at the house with children. Another point is the lighting. The lights in the house are very white and intense, to the point that they can be uncomfortable and make it difficult to relax in the living room. We believe that warmer lighting would make a big difference to the atmosphere and comfort of the house. Regarding the swimming pool, we asked if it could be cleaned because it needed it, but nobody came to clean it during the three days we stayed there. We want to make it clear that we believe the house has a lot of potential and that, with some improvements and better maintenance, it could be a beautiful place and provide a very good experience for guests. Our intention is not simply to complain, but to honestly explain what we experienced so that these aspects can be improved.
