Disappointed. Our 4th time at this hotel we come every year and i will have to really think about booking next year due

Disliked:Incorrect room given. We had to complain Room not cleaned to a 4 star standard. Only bed and fresh towels given. Shower not cleaned, floor was not mopped once. Pool toilets very dirty and no paper most days
