Great location , nice hotel , but they need to work more on their some of there staff NOT all and fix there policies.

Disliked:Some of the staff not all especially the one whom I dealt with while checking out very unprofessional and had to revise the bill 3 times and delayed me for more than 15 minutes and was late for my flight . Also the hotel policy regarding the usage of their beach clubs which are not family friendly at all and to make an argument before the GM agreed to make discount for us to use the beach clubs which is supposed to be free for hotel residents ! Also the shuttle service despite it’s also mentioned that it’s free the told us that we will wave it for as it cost 10 euros per person !! I thought that it was misleading information on the website .

Nice but some issues

Liked:Room beautiful, staff mostly lovely

Disliked:Repeated room key issues - three times it didn’t work Pool is not advertised properly. It appears there is a big pool but this is the beach club Poor communication from staff - my spa hour was not prepared and appointment obviously not noted despite the fact I organised it day prior. Only got to use sauna and only for 30min due to the delay as I had other plans Spa hour offer only included sauna
