Liked:central location, but far enough away so no noise at night, apartment spacious and very clean, requested early check in which was granted, excellent service, locker storage and use of shower/toilet on departure day which was an amazing bonus 😀 will definetly return

Disliked:having to leave 😔

well situated apartment in nice area of Palma old town. Plenty to see and do.

Liked:Great location and plenty to do nearby. Staff were helpful and responsive when contacted. Facility to store luggage and change was welcome.

Disliked:It was a key code, for two doors. Codes were communicated as we were on route and you would need internet service on day of arrival to access. There is a small pool which could do with being cleaned more regularly as prone to wall dust and pigeon debris. Staff were helpful and responsive when contacted but pre requested linen was not available on arrival. The kettle is a hob kettle not an electric one which is very slow. We were in the apartment above the front door, the security buzzer at night as door opens is very loud.

Unreservedly recommend

Liked:Fabulous location with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Exceptionally clean

Disliked:A little difficult to access the room key code and a small leak across the floor from the shower but nothing that spoilt our stay

In the heart of the city

Liked:The place is located on the edge of the city center, making it a perfect walking distance to any of the things you may want to see. The check-in is easy and fully online - the front door and room doors are both entered with a code. We were in room 7 on the 3rd floor - very comfortable and well equipped for a nice stay. The central AC was crucial in the very hot and humid weather. Close by is a bus stop where you can take a bus to Cala Major (a very nice beach), as well as the A1 line to the airport. As many people mentioned, there is a locker to leave your stuff before/after your stay - super convenient.

Disliked:N/A
