A wonderful hotel in the heart of Palma that feels secluded

Liked:Lovely comfortable rooms with everything you could need in them. The staff were incredible, so helpful for whatever we needed and suggested the best places that we ate at during our stay

Overpriced, wouldn't recommend,

Liked:The rooms were ok and the head of reception was friendly. The rooms were clean and the cleaners were friendly.

Disliked:When we arrived we were told there was no catering as they were on strike which we were not made aware of before. We were given €150 for the two of us to procure breakfast from other outlets for 5 days we were there. This was no where near sufficient to do this in Palma. I also purchased the romance package which they state includes: A chilled bottle of Cava- Chocolates to share- Rose petals for a romantic ambiance The bottle of Cava was warm. There were some chocolates granted and the rose petals were ripped up red tissue paper. Not worth the €45 I was charged.

To guarantee the privacy and exclusivity of our guests, it must be booked in advance, we do not accept reservations prior to arrival at the hotel, you can tell us your preferred days and times when you check in! To ensure that all our guests can enjoy our swimming pool, the maximum time per room per day is one hour. However, this period may be extended depending on availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
