Hotel was good let down by booking .com

Liked:The staff at the reception where very very helpful

Disliked:It was too far away from palma when we booked with booking.com the details said it was 1.2 km from the centre of palma it was much much further 20 minutes in a car you couldn’t walk it

Happy we moved hotels to this one

Liked:Lovely views, nice pool area. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Bar service could be better. Good selector breakfast. DJ by the pool was a nice touch. Fabulous location on the beach.

Fantastic beach front hotel

Liked:Our 4-night stay at this hotel was outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We arrived very early in the morning, around 3:00 AM, and were impressed by how easy and welcoming the check-in process was despite the late hour. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and eager to help. Although English was the only language I spoke, communication was effortless, and they always made sure we had everything we needed. They were especially helpful when arranging transportation and calling taxis throughout our trip. One of the highlights of the property was the beautiful pool area. The views were incredible, and there was consistently someone at the pool bar ready to serve drinks. The included breakfast was another pleasant surprise, offering a great start to each day while overlooking the ocean. The beachfront location is hard to beat. Having direct access to the beach and waking up to such amazing scenery made the trip even more memorable. We selected a partial ocean view room, which turned out to be the perfect choice. During the day we enjoyed views of the water, and in the evenings the illuminated city skyline and surrounding mountains created a completely different but equally stunning backdrop from our balcony. We also treated ourselves to a couples massage at the spa, which was excellent. The experience was made even better by the oceanfront hot tub available afterward, providing the perfect place to relax. From the service to the amenities and the spectacular views, everything exceeded our expectations. This hotel played a huge role in making our vacation special, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay.
