Ok for a few nights

Liked:The staff on reception and cleaners were very friendly. The bedroom was clean. Nice towels and toiletries in the bathroom The swimming pool area is lovely, and the lifeguard was friendly. The breakfast has a good variety and good quality/

Disliked:The coffee machine in reception was expensive for the quality of the coffee. We asked for a few taxis at reception, and they never arrived or were just so late. The room was advertised as a "triple comfort", but it felt like a double room. And we didn't have any drawers. No kettle in the bedroom.

Clean, friendly and exactly what was advertised.

Liked:Hesperia Mallorca is a smallish, friendly, clean hotel that provides exactly what it promises. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast very good. It is a distance from the centre but walkable when it isn’t too hot. Taxis are readily available and not expensive. We were able to get a late check out for €10 an hour and our room was ready early for check-in with no additional charge. We would definitely stay again!

Disliked:Nothing. If you want a city centre hotel with a bar and surrounded by restaurants, this is not the place for you.
