Avoid this place if you want an actual nice holiday. Dirty rooms and unsafe.

Liked:Dirty sheets, beard hair in sink, other people's belongings in room, balcony open as we walk in? Security risk and cleaniliness issues? WTF was going on with this place we'll never know. We paid for a premium room, yet this is what we were met with. We asked for an alternative, they tried to downgrade us and put us in a room that I wouldn't let my worst enemy sleep in. It was atrocious. We had to (at 3am when we arrived mind you) call every hotel in palma to see if they had a room for us. The only alternative was one that cost £1.4k for 3 nights. They're also now refusing to refund me. I can't advise you enough to stay away.

Great hotel with a wonderful terrace

Liked:Very spacious, clean and mostly quiet rooms. Bed was very comfortable with excellent mattresses. The terrace was nice to have a drink with views overlooking the city / marina. It was also broadly speaking quite close to bus links so you could easily get to the city or to the beaches. The neighbourhood was safe and maybe 10-15 min walk towards some decent cafes and restaurants or 10-15min bus to the city centre. Did not use pool or have breakfast at the hotel so cant comment on this. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Disliked:Nothing. Great hotel and would recommend. A little pricey but suspect everywhere in Palma is during June
