Great location, easy to find, slightly overpriced.

Liked:Great location, friendly staff. Room etc ideal size - especially for one person. Despite facing the street it wasn't noisy. Roof terrace and (v small) pool are great. Generous length of time to get breakfast between.

Disliked:I feel like i write the same review a lot for hotels tbh. It just felt like it was lacking the detailed attention overall that places need to stay special. The breakfast was a bit mediocre/boring and the breakfast staff weren't attentive at all. Aspects of the room were a little tired/scuffed, the bed was never remade fully after day one and when I had a leak from the upstairs room one day the staff seemed very relaxed about it and didn't come up to look right away. The roof terrace could be amazing but again, it felt like a bit of an afterthought. None of this was a big deal but if you're charging what they charged me, then you should be on it.
