Great Value right on Palm Beach

Liked:Location was perfect. I was able to check in before 3pm. The room was clean and a great size. I was able to move around Palm Beach and downtown West Palm using the Circuit app which they wrote about on the welcome info sheet in the room. That saved me a bunch of money on Ubers. I will be back in a few weeks!

Charming stay in perfect location of palm beach

Liked:Stayed here before! It’s amazing location, especially for the price! Lots of charm and character! I absolutely love this place!

Summer stay at Tropical Condominiums Palm Beach FL

Liked:The accommodations were sufficient given the location.

Disliked:No cold running water in the bathroom at all, not adequate lighting in the main living area, parking spaces were remarkably limited and valet was $15 daily.

WE enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Liked:The apartment was a good size to accommodate our family of 4. It was nicely decorated with good lighting. Full kitchen and 2 full baths. The common area was nice with a good sized pool and comfortable lounge chairs. The staff was accommodating and friendly, getting me a parking pass once one became available. Unit is close to elevator/stairs and ice maker. Water temp was very hot quickly. Unit provides beach towels and chairs.

Disliked:The parking was inconvenient but they do make note of that in the listing. The valet system is confusing and wasn’t communicated well to us. The unit shows pictures of washer/dryer combo in kitchen and it didn’t have one, it was a dishwasher instead. There was no dishwasher soap so hand washed everything. The unit is very humid but the air worked well. No A/C in master bedroom so it was warmer than living area. There were fans provided in both bedrooms which was a plus. Water pressure was just ok. Unit could’ve provided more than 1 paper towel roll for 5 night stay. No garbage disposal. Beach was full of seaweed so we couldn’t visit :(

Dear guests, Please advise that the balcony is temporarily not accessible due to scaffolding and ongoing construction. There's an on going construction outside of the building and expect closure of the swimming pool. For each refund transaction we will be collecting a $49 admin fee or transaction fee. Free street parking is available for 1-2 hours between 8 AM and 6 PM. Overnight Parking: Parking in front of the building is free. From 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM. No time limit applies from 6 PM to 8 AM. Parking Placards: We also have parking placards available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you will be arriving by car, kindly let us know in advance so we can assist with the available options.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
