Not pleased at all and won’t stay there again.

Liked:The property was clean, however I had roaches coming up the bathtub drain. I complained about it and was told they never had complaints about that issue.

Disliked:Roaches coming up the bathtub drain and bath tub kept getting clogged and had to wait for over an hour, we missed dinner that night because we weren’t able to shower from the beach and we stayed wet waiting for. Someone whom never showed up. We kept trying to unclog the tub and the water and stuff that came up finally went down. To have to clean up crap that came up the tub and deal with huge roaches isn’t my ideal definition of a great stay anywhere.

Disliked:Live and dead spiders in every room. Wife, daughter, and myself all had either spider bites or bites from bed bugs, not sure which one. The AC in the bedroom leaked all night our last night there. Door code did not work upon arrival, and took a while to get in touch with owner to get the code to the lock box for the key after driving 10 hours. Did not have the building number either so I walked in the rain to other room #9s on the property to see if it was the right one while I waited to see if the owner would respond. Showed pictures of insects to owner and the dirty apartment but could not receive a refund due to “Policy”. Owner offered to send cleaning team, but who wants that when you’re trying to enjoy your vacation and just drove 10 hours? Obviously if we knew we the discomfort that was ahead of us, we would have canceled in time to receive a refund or not of booked here at all.

A place to relax and enjoy

Liked:As advertised, of course being a condo really close to the sea, and that comes with a cost. But the place was really clean, well equipped, and very cozy.

Disliked:As described, you can tell a little wear in little things, but nothing major, and nothing that can affect the stay
