Dissapointing client service at the hotel reception...

Liked:The service at the bar, the swimming pool.

Disliked:We booked a room through Booking.com for a family of four, with breakfast included. However, upon arrival, we were informed that complimentary breakfast was provided for only two people. Despite showing the receptionist our booking confirmation, she refused to resolve the issue. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told that the manager was unavailable. We then asked how much breakfast would cost for the other two guests, but the receptionist told us to ask at the restaurant. It seemed unlikely that she did not know the price. At checkout, I asked for an itemized bill, but once again, she told me to request the details from the restaurant. Fortunately, the manager was available this time and was able to print a detailed invoice for us. Our check-in experience with another young receptionist the previous day was equally disappointing. The interaction consisted of little more than, "Here is your key, goodbye." We had to ask about everything ourselves, including the locations of the restaurant, elevator, and swimming pool - information that is normally provided as part of the check-in process at any hotel.

Quality hotel, clean, with great amenities and good food, GIGI was warm and did a great job with listens and service in The bar restaurant! Will be BackAgain🙌💥💥
