Unacceptable Experience

Liked:This is my second visit to this hotel, and I recently stayed there. Room #625 was assigned to me; however, the condition was unexpectedly worrisome. Hairs on the bed, a spot on the bed linen, and, even more troubling, hairs all throughout the floor. I directly called the reception, and they told me to send someone to check, and after making a second call, the reception lady offered me to move rooms. Long after, an HK staff came while bringing a new bedsheet with the intention to change the whole sheet, which I refused, and I showed him my findings. Eventually someone brought me a new key for #723, with the expectation that the room should be double-checked before I move in. Unfortunately, the condition was the same. My question: - Did your staff actually inspect the room prior to selling it to the guest? - Was the correct cleaning procedure carried out? - How can you guarantee the cleanliness of the room if it looks like that? - Or is it normal at your hotel? Feedback: Mineral water should be placed in a visible spot for guests to easily find. During checkout, there was not even a courtesy from the hotel; I can assume this is normal. A guest raising a concern is for the hotel to pay serious attention and quickly follow up.
