We should not be charged full price for a 25.00 room

Disliked:1 my notes from booking.com were not read. The carpets are filthy in the hall and in the rooms. Our beds looked slept in and pulled up and not changed. The frig did not work. I tried to phone the front desk but phone not connected. We had to be moved and were put in a room across from the elevator. The beds were better but I feel the sheets were not fresh. The floor again was filthy, the carpet filthy and very poorly managed by cleaning staff. My suggestion, hire carpet cleaners and floor cleaners because it’s not happening.
