Staffs are friendly and polite , Could have been nice if. Tea and coffee kettle supplied automatically.

Liked:Wonderful location, the staff were very kind and helpful and the room came with everything needed, nice to know that you can store luggage before and after check-in even though we didn't. The air conditioning was wonderful in the summer heat so I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit in the summer.

Disliked:We had a bath in our room rather than a shower, which was fine other than how long it took to fill up

Gorgeous stay, love Padova

Liked:Love the old bathroom! Please keep the vibe of the hotel, I loved the style of the room. I saw some reviews about it being dated but that is the reason I wanted to stay because it has so much more character and made my Italian experience feel more authentic. The room was so clean and spotless, the cleaner/s were amazing and deserve a pay rise because the room was spotlessly clean. The room had air con which really helped with the heat as it got quite cool and it was nice to come back to after walking around all day. Would definitely stay here again.
