Not a resort I'll use again

Liked:All staff have good customer service throughout our stay. The accommodation was clean, apartment cleaned and changes sheets and towel each day.

Disliked:Inflexible with booming breakfast with no option to pay per person good breakfast forcing us to pay instead per item if food. Not good value for money and inflexible. Also late check in from 4pm and check out by 10am. I have never stayed at a resort or hotel with such short window for check in and check out

Rooms are nice and clean.

Liked:nice friendly staff. price was reasonable.

Disliked:More choices of restaurants at location. There is on 2 restaurants on this property. Not enough activities doing our time of visiting. Food service was very slow at the Infinity restaurant.

Nice quiet comfortable room on second floor with a view

Liked:We had an amazing week at Oyster Bay and we were fortunate on getting placed in a studio room 2920, literally right on the water. You could hear the waves. We traded our 2 br Marriott for this studio, although a smaller room than we are used to, we wanted to try someplace new. This villa had everything we needed, and literally right on the water, comfortable, and quiet. I'm fussy about soft sheets on my bed, and this resort had very nice soft sheets, so A++ for that. Right from the start of our stay, everyone, including check in staff, maintenance staff on property (always working and painting, etc.), staff at both restaurants were super friendly. Everyone was always waving and greeting us with smiles. Big thanks to Precious, our lovely housekeeper, who came every day and kept our room tidy and looking beautiful. The Veranda Market had everything you'd need like coffee and fruit and staple items. We had a car and ventured out every day to walk the lovely beaches on the island. But coming back "home" to our room all neat and tidy was a great way to rest from our busy beach days. Thank you Oyster Bay Beach Resort for a lovely week spent at your resort. We hope to be back some day.
