Felt like it was a rip off for $575

Liked:The only nice thing was the location.

Disliked:Felt like I was ripped off. Booked a pet friendly king room balcony with water view and breakfast included on the Booking app. Neither the pet friendly nor the breakfast selection never made it to the front desk. The suite had a pots and dishes that were very dirty and the bathroom shower was in pretty sad state.

Liked:Over all fine, except the rooms on the west side of the hotel get the shaft in regards to views. The whole hotel has lake view, beach access. At the west, butt end of the hotel, you get trash view. Literally. These rooms should be discounted and they're not. I usually love coming to osoyoos to sit on my balcony, but with the view of yesterday's reno garbage, broken patio furniture and cinder blocks, it was ruined for me. We asked them to make it right and they told us it was impossible. Not impressed.
